Cold Season Chest Rub
Non toxic chest rub that **helps to open nasal passages, relieve headaches, & clear sinuses. May also be helpful with chest pains from coughing, & for nasal stuffiness.
This is an all natural rub that doesn’t contain petroleum jelly. Did you know that most over the counter chest rubs contain 10% herbs and then 90% petroleum jelly? So in the longer run rubbing that into your chest is not that great for you, and it’s not that potent.
This is not to be used on children under the age of 10. Eucalyptus is known to not be safe for younger children. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should refrain from use. Please keep out of children’s reach.
Ingredients: * EVOO, * Eucalyptus, *Peppermint, * Lavender, * Rosemary, small amount of Menthol Crystals, Unrefined Shea Butter, Unrefined beeswax. *= organic
Use: Rub on chest, temples (being very careful not to rub into eyes), and back. Do not use inside nostrils, or on mouth. Apply a thin layer and then wash hands. Keep out of direct sunlight to avoid melting, and away from freezing temperatures to avoid solidifying. Never use on broken skin, or cuts.
1 oz glass jar- a little goes a long way.
